Company information

We have left the premise that on vacation or away, our clients must feel at least as well as at home. That's why we created a network of rentable hotel apartments in which cleanliness to be exemplary, comfort to be one and the facilities to cook or relax are some of the best. I felt that nothing is more pleasant than having a family with children or a group of friends able to dine together in a high-rise apartment without feeling a lack of space. Under the careful guidance of the interior design specialists, each decoration or movable object has been carefully chosen and brought to light so that the ambiance is a very pleasant one. Our clients are our friends and the fact that we come back to Brasov every time make us feel proud of our achievements and our hospitality. The parking is private and we offer 2 free parking spaces per stay. The Internet is free, all TVs (3) are smart with huge screens. The fact that we cash in cash or with card or the option to pay directly to the booking gives confidence to our clients. You're welcome!

Property information

The Monadin 3 apartment benefits from an extremely generous area and its orientation towards the SE makes it enjoy the full sunshine. The apartment has a two-sided view and its positioning is on the intermediate floor (5 of 8). The windows are extremely large in the living room and the main bedroom and directly on the terrace of the apartment. The terrace is covered and equipped with terrace furniture. The building in which it is located is one that is in use in 2019. The sensor is silent and the access is done in block both on the main entrance where there is a ramp and the private parking lot in the yard of the block. In front of the building is the green area and in the immediate vicinity is the bus station. The apartment is equipped with a thermal power plant that produces heat and hot water, underfloor heating with zone control and air conditioning. The rooms are separated and access to each room is made of the hallway, as well as access to the bathroom. Finishes are exceptional flooring made of porcelain tiles made in Italy and in the living area and bedrooms is parquet. The terrace is generous and you can see the mountains and the city. All are luxury inside.

Situated on Carpatilor Street at 17, the apartment is located in the central area of ​​Brasov being about 1.2 km from the civic center (Affi Mall Brasov) and 2.4 Km from the Piata Sfatului. About 200 m away from the property are important stores like Penny or Lidle. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity of the property and the taxi stop is 200 m away. Carpatilor Street is a 4-lane artery connecting the Racadau, Astra and County Hospital Areas. There are restaurants, grocery stores and fast food restaurants. In this location, food delivery is ordered through the Internet through various applications or from home delivery facilities, with easy access to the delivery. The area is extremely quiet and the fifth floor position offers great harmony without being disturbed by the murmur of the city. The location of the apartment towards the inner courtyard makes the urban noise generated by the cars not penetrate into the apartment. The area is quiet, safe without the ideal risk to feel worry-free on vacation, whether you are at 12 noon or 5 am at a party.
