Hotels near Subteleferic Ski Slope, Poiana Brasov

Wonderful place, everything was the best!!!

- the room was very spacious and had enough cabinets to put our stuff in. - the balcony had an amazing view of the mountains and was probably one of the biggest balconies I've seen in my past travel experience. - the hotel itself has a very elegant design and atmosphere and houses some facilities included with the room such as three indoor swimming pools (both unheated and heated), a jacuzzi, and a gym. - the hotel is within a 10 minute walking distance from the telefrik. A few notes on that:     a) Timings are from 9 AM to 4 PM. But PLEASE BE MINDEFULL to plan to be at the Telefrik no later than 3:45 PM and earlier if its peak season because the last call is at 4 PM and my girlfriend told me that you can and might be left up there with a small hotel cafe that may or may not have accommodation available. Don't risk it because a long line will form closer to that last call.     b) If you are not going skiing I would recommend just taking the ticket with return (RON 120 both ways), otherwise if you are skiing and will be staying there for a few days take the package they offer for I think 3 days min which let's you use the Telefrik as many times as you want.    c) they have a shop that rents ski equipment. - the hotel has a big smart TV which was perfect for us. - I like that they have a small magnified mirror in the bathroom which helped me while I shaved. - the staff are very friendly and accommodating to your requests.

We were directly upgraded to a refurbished room which was very cosy and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was top notch. Room was very large with a nice view. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Our stay at Yager Chalet was absolutely amazing! Surrounded by breathtaking nature, this place is the perfect escape for those looking to relax and unwind in a stunning setting. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. From the fresh mountain air to the serene surroundings, everything about Yager Chalet felt magical. If you love nature, breathtaking views, and impeccable hospitality, this is the perfect place to be. We truly loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to return!
