The view was phenomenal! Also the aesthetic of the place is very cozy! All together, it makes you live a winter fairytale! The staff was very warm and helpful! Nicu and Felicia especially! They really made sure we are taken care of at all times! Food was great (recommending the Bourguignon) and fantastic mulled wine.

Hotel is right next to the ski lifts with parking and equipment rental, the best location and a very friendly personnel. Room was spacious, with robes, slippers, huge fluffy towels and breakfast.

The room had everything necessary and even more. The hotel is located in an excellent resort area. The hotel has a spa area with free drinking water! There is a bus to the city center. The staff were professional. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed.
