This is a renovated 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms country home located in Transylvania, up in the Carpathian Mountains at 1050m altitude. The village of Comandau is surrounded by nothing but mountains and forest. It is the highest settlement in Covasna County and therefore the summer nights are chill and the winter has plenty of snow. 4x4 wheels are recommended. The house is located on a 8000sqm land with direct access from the main road.
Photographer, traveler, ceramicist, artist. I will not be available in person on site but i am reachable at the phone.
The property is located 250km (4h drive) from Bucharest city center or 75km (1h30m drive) from Brasov city center. The last 16km are made of a forest road that is perfectly practicable all year long. However due to high altitude you need to make sure your car is properly equipped in winter time.
