Camera cu baie privata, intr-o frumoasa mansarda aflata la 6km de centrul orasului Alba Iulia, intr-un cadru natural. Nu este toata casa privata, doar etajul. ( sunteti singuri la mansarda, nu si in casa ) Va rugam nu rezervati daca doriti toata casa pentru dvs. Camera este chic, cu gust si detalii pt.odhina in trecere sau vizitarea zonei, cu un pat din stejar secular unicat, garantat pt. un somn bun si odihna. Nu exista televizor, nici bucatarie separata privata. Exista frigider, microunde si un mic colt cu vesela amenajat pt.a va incalzi mancaruri usoare, a face ceai sau cafea la etaj. Bucataria de la parter poate fi folosita la comun cu proprietarul, va putem oferi accesul la nevoie dar nu poate face obiectul inchirierii sau al vreunei recenzii. Exista loc de parcare securizat in curte. Located at ~6km from Alba Iulia city center in natural area of hills. Baby friendly. One attic room+bathroom private. Entire house is shared (owner lives inside house at ground floor) Natural wood house in a unique Transilvanian landscape, quiet and perfect for relax and walking in the nature, hills and forest nearby. Public transportation 10 min from the city center each hour. Hight speed WiFi, heated floor, terace, hot shower, private bathroom, free bycicles, nice local people. We lives with our 1 year baby and some lovelly...cats, they live outdoor:). The price is per room/2 persons. It is NOT the entire house. There is a large 160 double bed japaneese style (low bed) , very comfortable. An extra room with 1 bed is available for children/3-rd person at same level with small extra cost. Private bathroom and small relax area for coffe or tea available close to the room. Yoy have smal fridge for storage small food. Kitchen is not available but you can use some facilities. Outside can enjoy a patio and garden. Small iron barbecue available outside so you can enjoy if nice weather. Small dog and few kittens. They live outside.

We enjoy travel, nature, trekking, bycicle, swim, adventure and nice people from different cultures and countries. We don't smoke and live with our 1 year old baby.
Aflata la 6 km de centru, in cartierul Oarda, o comuna situata pe dealurile din imediata vecinatate a orasului. Ideala pt.tranzit de scurta durata, odihna si refresh in natura. Supermarket la 3km distanta. Curte inchisa cu acces auto si porti automate. Loc pt.relaxare in foisor.
