The penthouse has a unique sea view from all the windows and terace. He has a mediteranian elegant design in light colors and a big contrast with the sea view.Besides the interior design and stunning sea view you can beneficiate about many other services on request for example; we can reserve for our clients beds on the beach , tables in the moust frequented clubs wich is not so easy for people who are coming from other countrys especially if they dont know how and when must be done, we can arrange for them car BMW 5 or TOYOTA LANDCRUISER with driver for airport or other destinations, limosine rent, specialy romantic dinner by the penthouse terace, normal breackfast and hangover breackfast,speacialy bottles of diferent kind of drinks, money exchange, laundry ,we can arrange for our clients if they whant to visit other places near by and many other services all can be done with reservation on request with very atractive prices

Neighborhood info

Summerland its the place of Mamaia where everyone whants to come and that is becouse here you can find the luxury area in terms of clubs where all the young , rich people , tv stars, singers,for all the country come in the summer time. They are a lot of partys, beautiful girls, nice music etc During the day people if they have accomodation here are like 50 m by the beach and the moust fare club LOFT is like 4 min walk this place is very nice for the day partys biggining at 4 till 00 ending and after finish here people go to BRIZE other open beach party club lounge and restaurant where people continue to party after this they go to Fratteli or Le GAGA or where they whant . Along the beach are many restaurants and clubs olso for the people who are intersted we have in front H20 Beach for kitesurf spot school
