This family-friendly property has an ample garden, with BBQ facilities, a dipping pool, sun loungers and deck area, outdoors fire-pit with plenty of seating and badminton court. We are welcoming groups of friends or families!
Established in 2012, Portofino Villa is located in Costinesti village, an old fishermen settling, now bustling with life. We are letting the whole villa to groups of friends or families between spring and autumn. The villa has a great green garden featuring a plunge pool excellent for splashing, wading and cooling off, outdoors cooking area with a washing machine and beer fridge and BBQ. The garden is fully enclosed offering good privacy. The fire-pit and its abundant seating will keep you warm, while chatting to your friends over a glass of mulled wine, until the wee hours of the breezy night. If desired, the garden is flood-lit at night. There is free parking, one on-site car park available and more in front of the gate.
The neighbourhood is quiet throughout the day, 9 mins walk from Arruba Beach, 5 mins from food and coffee shops, 20 mins from the lagoon and beach promenade and 15 mins from restaurants and clubs. Popular points of interest near Portofino Villa include a 2km long sandy beach, with rental loungers & umbrellas and affordable beach-style food & beverage, Costineşti Amusement Park, Epava Evanghelia / Costinesti Shipwreck, Cafés and restaurants for all budgets, night clubs, a lagoon with rental paddle boats, kayaks, jetskis, watersports rides and a seaside promenade flanked by Costinesti Obelisk. The nearest airport is Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport, 56.3 km. There are plenty of mini buses traveling hourly between Costinesti and the adjacent resorts and towns. The property is close to the shuttle train station, connecting it to Constanta and Mangalia port cities (25-35 mins) and the other beach resorts Eforie, Olimp, Neptun, Jupiter, Aurora and Saturn.
