The apartment is located in one of the hottest areas in Mamaia, Constanta, the Summerland neighborhood. This is the number one spot for clubbing and restaurants on the Black Sea Coast. The apartment is made of two rooms: a bedroom and a living room. It has a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony from where you can view both Siutghiol Lake and the Black Sea. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. The building was constructed in 2013 and is situated 50 meters away from the nearest club and beach bar, Fratelli. All of the most important nightlife attractions are in short walking distance: Fratelli, Crazy Beach, Loft, Nuba, Kudos, Breeze, Tapo, Bamboo.
Summerland is number one in the most wanted list for holidays in Mamaia, Constanta. It is especially popular with young people due to the nightlife. The most important bars or clubs from Mamaia or Constanta are located in this area, making it the number one attraction for people that want to have a great vacation and like to party.
