Villa Casablanca is a luxurious house in a wooded neighborhood of Brasov city. It can comfortably host up to 10 people. Decorated in Moroccan style, this property provides a unique experience in Brasov. You can use the kitchen, which is fully equipped with Miele appliances to cook and enjoy an evening with your friends and family and make a barbecue outside. The location is favorable. Getting to the ski resorts like Poiana Brasov and Predeal is very fast, and the city center is 15 minutes away by car. The temperature control and comfort for the guests during the cold and hot seasons is ensured by underfloor heating and cooling powered by a heat pump, which heats and cools the entire villa. During the summer months cooling is unlikely to be needed as temperatures during the night occasionally fall below 10 degrees C (pack your sweater when visiting Brasov, even during summer months) and rarely stay above 20 degrees C. Even during heat waves the underfloor cooling is able to keep the temperature inside the villa under 25 degrees C, based on guest needs. Hot water is provided by a water boiler system with a tank capacity of 180 L. Please note that if multiple people are taking showers in quick succession, the tank capacity may be depleted and you will need to wait for the tank to refill with hot water again. Please note that parties are not allowed at this property and smoking inside the villa is also not permitted.

Is a secluded neighborhood surrounded by forest, lakes, streams right in the city, it's called : the Sunshine Meadow. The Kaufland, Carrefour and Decathlon stores are only 9 minutes by car. The main attractions close by are: Aventura Park, Noua Lake Park, The Brasov Zoo. You can go fishing or observe the turtles nearby lake or you can take a hike directly from the Villa.
