Within a 500-meter radius, you have everything you need. A café named KATEDRA with excellent coffee and good food is just 30 meters to the left of the entrance. The Sheraton Hotel, offering modern and expensive cuisine as well as a variety of other services, is also 30 meters away. The Scolio Center, one of the best rehabilitation centers for scoliosis in the country, is only 80 meters from the apartment. Alpha Gym is just 10 meters from the apartment. Currently, there are two supermarkets within 150 meters one supermarket is 20 meters to right of the apartment named IDEA and the other called UNIVEREXPORT is just on the other side of the street in front of IDEA, and a new market is being built next to the building entrance. Admiral Bet is just 20 meters away, where you can exchange money. Also, 150 meters to the left, there is a currency exchange and a 24/7 market (across from the gas station), along with many other amenities.
