Property info

In northern Småland, about 5 km from Nässjö you will find your own private little holiday paradise. A cozy summer cottage with a beach plot, terrace with wonderful views of the lake, jetty and your own boat has everything you could want if you long to experience småland's lake life. he house is located 25 meters from Lake Spexhultasjön, and the garden leads down to the lake and terrace that the owners built down by the shoreline. The rowing boat is included in the rent and life jackets are also available to borrow, available from small children up to adults. Take a trip on the boat and discover new places around the lake or why not fish? In Nässjö, 5 km away, there are shops, cafés and restaurants, if you are looking for more you are only about 30 min from Jönköping, with shopping center, restaurants and indoor baths. Or take an excursion to Gränna and Visingsö. So enjoy your tranquil little oasis but have plenty to discover in the area. The house is airy and well planned, the living room and dining area both have the best views of the lake. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a one-storey bed in the house. In an annex on the plot there are two more single beds. The house is perfect family and the places in the annex mean that even a little larger family or maybe some other accompanying one can fit. The kitchen and bathroom were both renovated in 2008 and have everything you need. Spend long evenings out on the patio with a good dinner, enjoy the sunset over the lake or take an evening dip, the possibilities are many!

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
