We manage several houses in the beautiful Ragunda valley where you can enjoy the silence of beautiful Sweden. Hospitality is our top priority, but we also find time for each other important and enjoy the walks with our dog Max. Come and enjoy Sweden.

Welcome to Villa Marlise. Villa Marlise is located on the outskirts of the village of Hammarstrand. It is a completely single-storey villa. Large living room (access to covered veranda and garden), kitchen where you can sit, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath. In the basement there is an extra room with a fireplace. There is a sofa bed (as a double bed). Laundry room, bathroom with shower. Large garden at the back of the house with unobstructed views. Driveway for 2 cars.

Neighborhood info

Villa Marlise is a nice house on the outskirts of the village with views over the country and mountains. You walk straight from the house to the main street with all shops such as the supermarket, bakery, petrol station, hairdresser, restaurants, loppis. The ski slope is nearby and cross-country skiing is also possible. How about a beaver safari, snowmobile safari, dog sledding. As you can see, there is plenty to do.
