Podkrovný byt priamo v srdci Bratislavy. Vzdialený 50m od Michalskej brány ktorá je viditeľná aj z chodby bytu. V byte sa nachádza samostatná izba s manželskou posteľou a úložným priestorom, obývačka s rozkladacou pohovkou na ktorej sa dokážu vyspať 2 osoby a vybavená kuchyňa. Práčka a sprchový kút je samozrejmosť. Taktiež prístup k bezplatnej wifi v byte. Každý hosť má prichystaný uterák.
Hneď po vykročení zo staromestskej budovy kde sa byt nachádza nájdete kaviarne, kostol, električkovú zastávku.
