Bay Residences is a luxury villa development present in Koh Phangan for more than 10 years. We are located in Haad Salad, Haad Tian and soon in Tong Lang. Our main villa concept, Bay Villas and coming soon Bay Apartment have been designed by Chapman Taylor. All our villas are build with European quality standards and reply to ecofriendly measures to blend into the surroundings they are build into. We took a great care and pride to our customer, to ensure the best stay ever and are here to reply to every need they might have.

This property is a 9-minute walk from the beach. Boasting views of Salad Bay, Bay Villas Koh Phangan is a fully-furnished villa with free WiFi access. It has both indoor and outdoor living areas. Located in a secure development, the property is a 15-minute ride from Thongsala Pier.
The modern interior living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV with a sound system . The open kitchen and breakfast bar is equipped with a gas stove, an oven and other cooking necessities. All air-conditioned bedrooms include a ceiling fan, a safe and an en suite bathroom with a rain shower. Bath amenities and towels are provided.
The sun terrace, which provides views of the sea, offers a sunken covered lounge with a built-in sound system and ceiling fan over the infinity pool.
During their stay at Bay Villas Koh Phangan, guests can make arrangements for car or motorbike rentals, as well as airport transfers from Samui Airport on Samui Island. This is because the sheltered cove with its coral reefs and shallow bay was inaccessible by the Thai navy and hence made an excellent place for smugglers to hide.
