Lapin No. 8 is a super cozy private apartment in Nimmanhaemin area; the trendiest area in Chiangmai. Locates in the friendly neighborhood, amidst shops, café and restaurant yet very private and peaceful. You will have full access to our newly decorated 4-storey building with full amenities and facilities all for you only. Close to most attractions in Chiangmai, 10 minutes to Doi Suthep, 10 minutes to old town, 10 minutes to airport, just the right place to be your home away from home. Private apartment with total usable area over 300 sq.m. 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms + 1 studio bedroom) 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There is a large living room and plenty of work space. Private parking for 2 cars. 1st Floor living area with 55'' smart TV Fully equipped kitchen dining area working space bathroom 2nd Floor 1 bedroom with working corner laundry with washer and dryer bathroom 3rd floor 2 bedrooms with working corner bathroom 4th floor 1 studio bedroom with extra living area and working corner bathroom Within 3 minutes walk from our apartment , you will find a convenience store (7-11) or a large supermarket (Makro and Top) which is very convenient.
