Open views on the rolling green hills surrounding this private pool villa are available from each room. It's like being in the middle of an oasis, it's cooling and relaxing. The outdoor area blends seamlessly with the living room. The large deck by the pool is furnished with sun loungers and has sweeping views of nature. The covered dining area is both indoors and outdoors, as is typical of tropical architecture. The house is decorated with stylish modern art pieces, accessories and furniture. The ground floor of this 3-bedroom villa includes the pool, with a large tiled deck, the covered outdoor dining area, a living room with very stylish art pieces & furniture, a billiard room and an open kitchen. There is a lot of space. Upstairs, there is a landing with a sofa and armchairs to admire nature through full height windows. Each one of the 3 bedrooms has clear views. The first bedroom has full height windows on 2 sides, turning it into a space shuttle hovering above the canopy of the rain forest. The 2nd one has its own terrace with 2 more sun loungers to enjoy Phuket's warm sun and the third one has also beautiful views of the surround hills. Each bedroom has a king size bed and its own attached bathroom. Please note: Electricity is charged separately at THB 7 per unit. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Billiard table rules: Forbidden: *Sit on the billiard table and put foreign objects, drinks and food on it. *Use of equipment for billiards and inventory for other purposes. *Smoking in the billiard room. *Clean the billiard table. The guest assumes financial responsibility for the property located in the billiard room during the rental period, and undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in case of loss or damage to the property in the amount of the value of this property, or in the amount of the cost of its restoration.
