Apartment 2 is a 90 square meter, two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, with lovely seaviews over the West Coast Andaman sea. Surounded by tropical rain forest mountains. It is on a quiet road that connects two main thoroughfare roads. It is only a few kilometers from many beaches including Rawai, Nai Harn, and half a kilometer to Ya Nui beach. It is called Eagles nest as eagles circle above daily. A very peaceful and serene environment. The most famous sunset viewing site in Thailand, Lam Phrom Thep is one kilometer away. You have the same sunset view from this apartment nightly. Boats to all islands are a short distance away at both Rawai and Chalong piers. Famous Phuket seafood markets are within 3 kilometers at Rawai Pier. There are 3 restaurants within 1 kilometer walking distance. Supermarkets: Tops, 7 eleven within 2 kilometers. Rawai beach front Township is 2 kilometers, with a multitude of supermarkets and bars, restaurants, entertainment etc. We are on the idyllic southern part of Phuket. Apartment 1 above first 6 reviews were 10/10. We are now putting apartment 2 on the market, as apartment 1 is booked till July. 24. The roof is also available to all apartment guests. It has an outdoor covered sala with a lounge suite (see photos) and a barbecue is available for guests use. The swimming pool is in with futher landscaping works being done as we speak. This is a brand new apartment ready to welcome you. This apartment has a king size bed in master bedroom with ensuite. A queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a fold out queen size double sofa bed in loung room. Cleaning and linen towel changes are included every 4th day of booking, more can be arranged if you wish at a cost of 800bhat per clean/change. We live right next door and love hosting. I am an Austraian trained Chiropractor & Naturopath and my wife an Education Supervisor. I have a small clinic on the lower floor of my house next door. We together share a life changing health product around the world in addition to sharing our, 'piece of paradise' with our guests. Note base level of booking is for 4 people. Beyond that it is an extra 850 bhat per person. Please be clear the Master bedroom is a King size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed, the lounge room has a sofa lounge double size bed. Many of the local attractions have been mentioned already. We are surrounded by beaches: Nai Harn, Rawai, Ya Nui, Chalong, Friendship, Paradise beaches to name a few. We are within a half hour drive to Phuket town, Big Bhudda & Tiger Kingdom, within 10 minutes of Elephant parks. All major shopping centers and markets of Phuket are within 30 minutes drive. There is a gun club a mere 1 kilometer away near Lam Phrom Thep the most famous sunset viewing site in all of Thailand. Private thai long boat hire to your own private beach on a secluded island are a mere 2 kilometers away at Rawai beach. There is kite surfing, hang gliding, depending on the seasons all around us. As eagles fly above so do the hang gliders. In front at sunset at Ya nui beach many canoe out on the sea to enjoy the sunset viewing, you can watch them all from the comfort of your apartment and on the roof viewing area.
