Great location, staff is very friendly and checked us in early in the morning after we arrived on the overnight bus. Big breakfast buffet with lots of options. Rooms are big and clean. The pool is great!
Canadapeanut butter at breakfast was a welcome surprise view overlooking the pool was awesome pool area was spacious and inviting pool attendant provided me with cups of ice we received a gift bag upon arrival full of nuts cookies and snacks they were so accommodating to our request for a lower floor the staff actually remembered our room number and greeted us by name
IsraelThe staff were very friendly and helpful! We recieved an early check in (much appreciated after a 13 hour sleeper train) and a welcome pack which was fabulous! We didn't stay in much so couldn't comment too much on facilities but the pool was very clean and a good size and the bar staff were great! If I'm ever in chiang mai again I would return!
