The cleanest hotel we have been at in Thailand. At no point did we feel gross or icky- small touches like bin liners, sandals, it just all felt really nice, clean, renovated and spotless. We also really liked the design of our room, it was very aesthetically pleasing and modern.

Loved my stay here, all of the staff are kind and pay attention to detail. I preferred that the breakfast was a choice of set menus instead of buffet and they were very filling. I had a large, beautiful room and the hotel is just around the corner from Chiang Mai walking street so easy to access (or escape) the Sunday night market. Also I forgot something in the closet that the hotel helped get back to me! Would absolutely stay here again.

Would stay here again! Perfect location; clean and comfortable beds; immaculately clean room and ensuite; clean and beautiful pool area; delicious breakfast buffet; refillable drinking water and free tea and coffee 24/7; and the loveliest, friendliest and most helpful staff! We had such a nice time here that we tried to extend our stay at iThaphae but it was sadly booked out. Cannot praise the reception staff and house keeping team enough for their hard work!

Clean, tidy, centrally located, rooms facing the main road are a little noisier. Everything is within walking distance.

Good location: close to everything, but quiet. One of the few hotels in Thailand with comfortable seats on the balcony. We always feel comfortable when staying there.
