Its great position on top of Karabag Hill, surrounded by pine&olive trees, offers jaw-dropping views over the Aegean and Greek Islands.The villa is set within its private plot of approx. 300 m. House has a pool, 2 outdoor dining areas, kitchen and sleeps 9 people in 5 bedrooms. All of the rooms have spectacular views over the bay, harbour and out to the Greek Islands. The modern villa has high ceilings and floor length windows embracing the view and providing an airy, light atmosphere. The entrance floor hosts the large living area with adjacent dining room, all opening to the spacious pool area, the kitchen with access to the garden and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor is a large loft bedroom with bathroom as well as a smaller guestroom, both with direct access to a covered terrace, the pool and the garden. The 2nd floor also hosts the large living area with adjacent outdoor dining areas on the terrace. An old 60 sqm stone house is situated in the garden as well. A closed garage are within the grounds. The property features wooden and ceramic floors and A/C heating, is in excellent condition and suitable for all year round living.
I enjoy travelling around the world and exploring cities and cultures. Although I am an amateur, I am enthusiastic about photography. I like to cook and hunger for great food.. My favorite dish is seafood :) It's always enjoyable to find good food and music I am a motivated travel expert in Turkey and run my own travel agency called Discover Travel Turkey. I like to host international citizens of the world in the city of Bodrum, where I call home. Looking forward to meeting with new people, I am open to developing new friendships and connections throughout the world. My goal is to leave guests with a buzz for this city! Wishing everyone a superb experience while traveling and exploring such different cities.
My house is located just minutes from the best archaeological, historical and resort sites such as Turgutreis , Myndos Sunken City, Akyarlar, Yalıkavak, D-Marine also Foundations of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, St.Peter's Castle, City walls from the time of Alexander the Great, including the Myndos port Greek Theatre , Windmills We're very close to the main shopping districts. This area is particularly convenient because it is located just minutes away from the heart of Turgutreis - one of the most charming districts of Bodrum Peninsula. You can reach the center on foot in about 10 minutes or more easily in 3-4 minutes by minibus which stops just in front of the house continuously, day and night. Our house is located only 30 min to Bodrum Marina, Bodrum Castle and the town center. If you'd like to take a minibus it stops so close the house every hour all day to Turgutreis center also Bodrum centre with lots of shops, boutiques, markets, supermarket
