It’s an eco friendly, socially involved business concept with the main goal of improving the local employment opportunities while giving the visitors a taste of an authentic, cultural immersion in the Usambara mountains. Our hearty breakfasts are served outdoors. We offer a simple, homemade and seasonal menu. Local drinks and cultural activities in the stunning Cloud Forest and Usambara villages. Uvi House provides a variety of accommodation suitable to every need and budget. From camping to a superior comfort cottage, shared bedrooms for backpackers and volunteers as well as economy cottages. Travelling with family, kids, friends or solo – at Uvi you will find a home away from home. We are also very pet friendly, you are welcome with your own furry friend or to pet one of our 6 adopted and very positive pups.
