Вeautiful 3-room apartment BY THE SEA in the heart of the resort area of Odessa Arcadia. Spacious LIVING ROOM with convertible double sofa bed and dedicated kitchen area + 2 BEDROOMS with large beds.
New design renovation (2022). Smart TV and high-speed wi-fi. Snow-white bed, towels. Comfortable orthopedic mattresses with independent springs. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, furniture and many other items. A breathtaking VIEW OF THE CITY opens from the windows of the apartment! Crystal purity!
A huge advantage of this apartment is its LOCATION. The premium class residential complex "36 Pearl" is located on CENTRAL STREET ARKADIA (Genuezskaya, 3-b), and not in the "wilderness of corners". And this: 1) 5 minutes before the entrance to the Arcadia Alley and the embankment with the BEST BEACHES IN ODESSA; 2) Hawaii water park, famous Ibiza and Itaka Beach Resort & Night Clubs, restaurants for every taste, cozy cafes on the seashore; 3) excellent transport interchange near the house, in 10 - 15 minutes you will reach the historic center on the fifth tram, stop right at the exit from the courtyard; 4) Railway / bus station, airport - 15 minutes by car; 5) Gagarin Plaza, cinema, igroland after 200 meters; 6) a huge beautiful arboretum Pobeda in 5 minutes walk. Ideal for both relaxing at sea and walking around our wonderful and beautiful city!
