Якісне розташування на другому поверсі будинку. Хозяєва не "їдять мозок", а займаються своїми справами. Гарна чиста та прибрана зелена ділянка. Є куточки для диточок, батут. Є великий мангал і пряма стежка до річки Прут. Навколо гори, ліс і декілька сусідських будинків і ділянок. Автомобілем всі розваги і магазини в радіусі 5 км. Також шикарна тропа на водоспад Гук довжиною 6 км в одну сторону із класним свіжим повітрям, лісом які переросли в яркі емоції, як наші, так і наших дітей. Поруч Буковель, наопвнений людьми, природою, атракціонами і дитячими центрами розваг. Дякуємо за розрядку.
