This spacious home sits on a sloped, wooded lot around Buoy Marker R 32, conveniently located by car and water to Bridgewater Plaza. The main level has an open floor plan with a recently remodeled eat-in kitchen, a living room with a walkout to the upper deck, a primary suite, and a guest bedroom and bathroom. The lower level has a guest bedroom and bathroom, plus a large family room with a ping-pong table. There are two TVs with Dish network. There is an upper and lower deck with ample furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The large stationary dock with a floater and upper party deck provides lots of space to play in the water and tie up a boat. The wide cove is great for swimming, tubing, and fishing. Come visit and make it your 1 Special Place! <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use. Max occupancy is six people over the age of two years old (county and state law).
