This historic brick home has a spacious living room and dining room. Three bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Located in Cumberland MD close to the GAP bicycle trail and the C&O Canal. Within walking distance from downtown Cumberland. Includes a back deck and front porch. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and an original claw foot tub. The home is built on a mountain so there are alot of stairs. Don't book if stairs are a problem. Pet friendly with no additional fee.
I am originally from New York City, and now live in the beautiful mountain town of Cumberland, MD. I love providing a comfortable space for guests to enjoy this region in my historic rowhouse.
The neighborhood is a historic eclectic area directly next to the downtown. The picturesque historic downtown features many boutique businesses, restaurants and art galleries. The downtown is walkable from the home. There is also a convenience store two blocks away from the home.
