This one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 6th-floor oceanfront property has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is situated along 3.5 miles of quiet resort beaches. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a luxurious single’s retreat, or for the businessperson attending a nearby conference, 247 Sandcastles features a fully outfitted kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, plush sleeping accommodations, large windows overlooking the shoreline, and a private balcony with comfortable seating. The triple filtered reverse osmosis water filter system for drinking water and ice is just one of many extra touches this condo features. Come wake up to beautiful sunrises from the balcony and remarkable sunsets from the entry area. The Sandcastles complex has an oceanside pool (pictured) and a direct path out to the sand. Guests will enjoy exploring the 7 miles of biking and walking trails and there are golf courses, tennis lessons and spa treatments available nearby. Stroll to the main Omni hotel or the resort village (known as The Shops at Omni Amelia Island) for restaurants, putt-putt, bike/golf cart rentals, a nature center, stores, and art galleries. High-speed wireless internet and live TV programming are provided for the modern traveler’s convenience. Note that our unit does not have its own washer and dryer, but there is a community laundry room on our floor (the 6th floor.) 247 Sandcastles awaits your visit, and we will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities! *Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to Club members and their guests (unless you’re booking lessons or clinics).

The world-class resort lines 3.5 miles of quiet beaches and Sandcastles has direct ocean views and beach access. Guests may also enjoy the newly renovated Sandcastles pool and the resort's 7 miles of biking and walking trails, 2 golf courses, scheduling tennis lessons, and booking spa treatments. Guests can easily walk to the main Omni hotel next door for breakfast or lunch, or the resort village (known as The Shops at Omni Amelia Island) for dining, retail, putt-putt, bike/golf cart rentals, a nature center and live music most weekends. The historic downtown of Fernandina Beach is about a 20-minute drive north.
