The highlight of the space is the incredible backyard that has been turned into a Tiki courtyard. There is a large grill and a griddle, fridge, fireplace, firepit, numerous seating and dining areas - and even an outdoor TV. It is ideal for private entertaining. A Rental Agreement is required. A Security Deposit is Required. Pre-Check-in required including uploading Photo ID. No indoor smoking. No parties. No events.

An awesome neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Quiet. Spacious yard. Close to a golf course and not far from a grocery store. But what we cared most about was the location. We're close to all the natural attractions that make this area so popular: Crystal River, Homosassa Springs, and Weeki Wachee. So, we are incredibly close to all of these spring-fed rivers and some of the most spectacular clear water kayaking, paddle boarding, and manatee watching anywhere.
