The backyard/garden is shared with other unit Notes: There are independent air conditioning and heater systems in each room. The wall heater and AC in the living room is out of service. There's a guest house on the property, it is completely a separate unit. Other things to note about this property: During certain seasons, you may experience some bugs, ants, or spiders are more active. We're trying our best to control it. Please do not book, if uncomfortable. Street Work at Redwood Avenue notification: There will be ongoing construction in the area conducted by the City inline to Redwood Avenue Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Improvement Project. The project is set to begin on July 10th, 2023, and is expected to be substantially completed by November 2023. The regular working hours will be between the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Access in the area may be temporarily delayed or closed during construction but access to the property will be maintained at all times.
