Quiet suburban neighborhood. The streets are quiet. Neighbors are friendly. On the outskirts of Ephrata Boro. NOTE: this is not the place to be loud and throw a party. The neighbors want a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We expect our guests to contribute to that AND not disrupt it. THANK YOU! :) The home is in a suburban area so car is going to be the best form of transportation. You can of course walk or bike if you wish.
