Enjoy beautiful sunrises in this luxurious, oceanfront condo, where you'll be treated to unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from the fifth floor. This complex is located right next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island. As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by an open living and dining area with views of the ocean, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony - one set in the living area and one in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed from June through mid-August. The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities for free, including year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton.
