This is a spacious cozy first floor unit easily accessible from the street.This unit has a full kitchen with tons of extra storage space for an enormous amount of groceries and snacks.The bathroom features a deep soaking tub,for a long relaxing bath alone or with company.This bathroom also features dimmable led lighting to set the mood with your favorite bath scents just add some candles and rose 🌹 petals if you may.There are two smart TV's loaded with the latest streaming services like Apple TV.netflix,Hulu,HBO MAX,Peacock,Amazon Prime are some of the many choices you stream from.There are only 3 units in the building making it less crowded with the least amount of distractions while you enjoy your stay. In this beautiful pree war building.
I love meeting new people sharing my experiences living in the greatest city in the world.
This is a very diverse area originally a farming community,over the years it became residential neighborhood first settled by a German community now it is home to many people from different cultures,you can enjoy fresh juices at the local juice bars on Bronxwood Avenue, freshly smoked grilled fish,chicken or pork from the many Jamaican restaurants in the area to household staples like hand made pastries .If you never tried deep fried Salman Laconia Avenue's fish market bost some of the best steamed fish in the entire bronx.
