3 Miles to Track & Downtown with country privacy! Open floor plan that is perfect for Entertaining. Custom decks with gas grill & Fire table (tank of gas provided) and sturdy patio furniture. Adirondack themed Living Room and Den with tongue /groove skylight ceiling and wall giving a log home type fee with an electric fireplace. (Note: There are a few Taxidermy deer mounts for those that are squeamish) Full sized Billiard Table in the rustic Garage/barn-themed game room along with a huge wall Tic-tac-toe and Dart Board. Right off the game room is a Rustic bar with natural edge custom wood bartop supplied with many bar needs. Huge country chef kitchen with a 9' island, terrific for serving Sunday Brunch buffets. (Ask about using our heat plates or other specialized serveware - including the chocolate fountain) Cozy kitchen nook with solid wicker furniture overlooking landscaped back yard, view of farm and active bird feeders. Basement has a regulation Ping-pong table, extra paddles and balls. The washer/dryer is also located in the basement. Central AC, fast Wi-Fi .Natural spring well-no city water! Big yard. Plenty of private parking. (Can accommodate large trailers/RV) Surrounded by Agricultural farm with Great views! Easy access to Saratoga attractions, but only a short drive to enjoy the incredible Adirondack mountains. Whatever you wish to do, I can help direct you in the direction to meet your objectives - tourist - adventurer - experiencing the arts - local events. I specialize in off-the -beaten path of things to do. Just ask! I put great care in the details in my home and enjoy helping others making great memories. Peaceful and quiet area . Surrounded by an agricultural farmland. Yet close to town, shopping, downtown. Just off Exit 15 with easy access to area attractions such as Lake George, Adirondacks, Albany area & airport. Great views of the farmer's fields , wildlife and mountain Right on Jones Rd which gets busy during rush hour 8am, then again around 4:30. Short cab ride or Uber to town & track.
