Aunt Ginny's River View is a beautiful cottage overlooking the Russian River and located at the Northwood Golf Course. With gorgeous views and trees all around, you will find your stay to be the ultimate relaxation. The common area is one large room for a very spacious feel with open beam ceilings and windows opening to the back deck overlooking the Russian River. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and includes all the amenities (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, etc.) you need for your comfort and gracious entertaining. With no neighbors on the opposite side of the river, you get a private vacation and expansive river views. There is nothing but sunlight and green all around for a true Russian River experience. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> -Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please -discuss your concerns with us before booking a home. -Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal.
