Individuals or couples will be comfortable at this studio style property located centrally in Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the convenience of a central location, the privacy of your own space, and all the necessities for a quick weekend getaway. LIVING SPACE - Cozy 300 sq ft studio style home with queen bed. A dining table for two, a smart TV, and all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, and flatware.  AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. OUTDOORS - Two patio chairs adorn the small front deck where you can relax and enjoy the mountain air.  PARKING - 1 car driveway Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 2 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
