Quiet neighborhood a mile to Kings Beach restaurants, shops & the lake! 5 min to North Star for summer activities and ski adventures. Make dinner in a fully equipped kitchen & dine out on the large deck. Relax in the hammock or explore miles of trails on your doorstep.
We moved to the States 10 years ago from Australia. We split our time between Lake Tahoe in Northern California and Scottsdale Arizona. We love the outdoors, especially hiking, biking, trail running and snow sports. When we travel we love using ABNB to get a local flavor for each destination. I manage the property directly and am available if you have any questions. We also have a local contact who can assist with any onsite issues. I am available by phone and email for any questions.
Kingwood Estates is an ideal neighborhood - quiet to let you get away from it all, yet conveniently located off the 267 for easy access to Kings Beach, Truckee and the I80. Be in the forest and enjoy the peace, while only being a mile away if you need to pop to the grocery or crave activities and night life. The forest is on your doorstep, with a trailhead 1 house away for miles of hiking/biking trails. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, about a 5 min walk to reach the TART transport system.
