Have the ultimate Rocky Mountain experience when you stay at this amazing ski-in/ski-out Winter Park Resort vacation rental. Outfitted with all the modern comforts of home, this marvelous unit is perfect for your Colorado mountain retreat. The newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1200 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, 1 SLEEPER FUTON PAD FOR A CHILD/TEEN AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Neighborhood info

Starting April 29th and lasting until Ski Season starts in November there will be construction ongoing in the common courtyard where the hot tub is located as the complex is working on replacing the hot tubs. Work will be happening daily Monday – Saturday 7AM – 7PM. The community hot tubs in the complex will be closed in result, and there will likely be construction noises throughout the day which may be heard from inside the property. We will not be providing any compensation for the lack of hot tubs or the noises and burdens in the area caused by the construction, and have already priced the property accordingly with lower rates to account for the inconvenience. It is anticipated that this project will be completed prior to the 2024/2025 ski season. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this crucial work happens, and we look forward to the brand new hot tubs that will be available in the upcoming ski season! This luxury condo is located right at the base of the world-famous Winter Park Ski Resort, the great outdoors will eventually entice everyone. In fact, Founders Pointe Luxury Condos have one of the most ideal addresses in town, where it is just steps away from all the activities this marvelous mountain village has to offer. From skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter to hiking, biking and white water rafting in the summer, it’s all about location, location, location. Moreover, Founders Pointe is also situated approximately a three-minute walk from the lobby to the new Zephyr 10-person gondola which will whisk you up and down the mountain every day of the week.  This rare premium third-floor corner unit is one of the nicest condos in the building since it has its very own private entrance to the hot tub plaza directly from the patio. This welcoming condo is also very family friendly with its full-size kitchen, granite bar counter, washer and dryer as well as its home theater system.
