With complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella included (March 1st to October 31st), your relaxation is assured. Conveniently located within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options such as Pineapple Willy's and Schooners, as well as attractions like St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Signal Hill Golf Course, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Top of the Gulf requires a parking/amenity fee (thirty dollars) to be purchased upon arrival to receive 1 parking pass and up to 4 wristbands for your whole stay. Maximum number of guests is 4, including newborns and infants of any age per city ordinance. Only 1 vehicle parking is allowed per stay. No RVs, campers or trailers are allowed in the parking lot. Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests are not allowed to have visitors on site who are not staying within the complex. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or common areas except at designated areas near the community balconies on every floor. Guests are not allowed to bring pets per association rules. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own or purchase at Alvin’s Island.
