This 4BR/3.5BA duplex is located in the quiet Bear Creek neighborhood, just a 4-minute drive from the slopes. After a day of adventure, hang out together in the great room with mountain views and a fireplace, or unwind in the private hot tub. This modern and polished home has all the charm you’d expect of a mountain lodge. A wraparound interior balcony offers access to the guest bedrooms and overlooks the open-concept living and dining area below. LIVING AREA Relax in front of the fireplace on the sofa and love seat, and cue up a movie on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and microwave. The nearby pantry contains a crockpot and other essentials. Brew morning coffee and enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for three. When dinner is ready, gather at the expandable table that seats 10. (The table is set for eight, and two extra chairs are available.) BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Samsung flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the deck area.
