Family man, totally in love with my beautiful wife Laura, and raising 4 amazing kiddos! We live in Jacksonville FL most of the year and spend a lot of time at our idyllic mountain cabin sanctuary in the High Country of North Carolina. Love traveling, meeting new friends, and making a positive impact in the lives of those around us. Hope to cross paths with you soon! I will be available any time through text or call, and we have people available to resolve maintenance issues should any arise, but we have designed the place to be a fully automated self-checkin and checkout with keypad access, so you never need to see anyone during your stay unless you want to!

Our Stylish Avondale Loft is a brand new, fully renovated upstairs Townhome just minutes from the hip shopping and cafes in the Avondale and Ortega areas. We have a 1-bedroom unit with a separate bedroom, living room, and full kitchen, with a beautifully updated bathroom and inside laundry area. We are a quick jaunt from the shops of Avondale, and minutes from 5-points in Riverside. Avondale is a local top choice for cool bars, great restaurants, and riverfront strolls. ★ABOUT THE SPACE★ Our place is newly renovated with high-end finishes, granite counters, and a fully equipped kitchen and inside laundry. Enjoy a cozy, updated living room, breakfast nook, dining area, full separate bedroom with queen bed, with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. You will have everything you need for a fantastic vacation or a quick trip to the city. Brand new furnishings and plenty of onsite parking will make your stay at our townhome smooth and comfortable.
