This ground-level apartment is intended for a friendly and kind tenant seeking peace and quiet. With no views of neighbors, it feels more like a retreat on the edge of the wilderness with bonus amenities included. Bear awareness and prevention are essential. Want you to know up front: This is NOT a party house. Peaceful environment is maintained. Sorry, but NO pets permitted in this private resort community. Absolutely NO smoking inside or out. Renter’s Insurance is encouraged. Minimum THREE MONTHS, Maximum SIX MONTHS DEPOSIT: One thousand dollars to confirm reservation; first and last due prior to arrival; payments made via Venmo or Direct Deposit.
