Conveniently situated right next to the Snowflake chairlift, you'll be in the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Inside the home, you'll find a bright and open living space with beautiful furnishings, an attractive stacked-stone gas fireplace, and a large full kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware for all your homemade meals. Enjoy a family game night over the dining table and movie nights with the large TV and DVD player. Additionally, right at your stay, appreciate having access to a hot tub, pool, game room, and fitness center. Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
