Our house is nestled in the perfect location between downtown Saratoga and historic Ballston Spa. Only 5 min from SPAC and downtown Bspa, 6 miles from the track and Saratoga lake. The open design allows you to interact with your guests with plenty of room and the bonus 3 season space is the perfect spot for morning coffee or yoga. Come relax, play and unwind! Each of the three bedrooms has a comfy brand new in 2022 Queen sized mattress. Downstairs features a pingpong table and our large fenced in backyard is the perfect spot to play cornhole with friends.
I run a media company and I love to travel. I do a lot of overnights in small towns, cities near and far . I love staying in unique places, I love the water, nature and spending the most time I can outside. When I'm home in NY I love the company of my pup and anytime she can travel with me is my favorite thing ever! Concerts at SPAC and dmb are also other highlights of my life. My husband and I just started our hosting adventure and we are excited to share our space near Saratoga this year. We are a quick text/call and drive away if anything should arise that you need help with. Otherwise you will have the entire home to yourself and not be bothered.
The neighborhood is centrally located to anything you would need. Groceries, coffee shops, pizza and restaurants are all a 5 min drive down the road. Woods Hollow nature preserve seconds down the road is a great place to walk, run or explore with your dog. Be to downtown Saratoga in 13 minutes or downtown Ballston spa in just 5. Three cars can be parked in the driveway. If you are attending a concert at spac a great option is to Uber back and forth from the venue. The dedicated Uber drop off is located 5 minutes from our home in the route 50 lot making it a breeze to get there and back safely.
