Totally enjoyed my stay was able to check in extremely late like 2:00 in the morning due to just arriving in the city and everyone was so accommodating with making sure that they took my payment and was able to give me set and in a room within 20 minutes of notifying them which was phenomenal also the owner and the manager came by and bought us a complimentary bottle of organic wine which was amazing and chocolates

I am European and I am staying here with my husband. I feel this boutique hotel is a pearl in the center of SF. It's within walking distance of all my favorite restaurants and stores. I like the privacy, safety and digital locks unique to each guest for the front door and each room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It feel it's like having my own cute little apartment in San Francisco while visiting one of my favorite cities.

The experience was phenomenal so so I have broken down the experience by different segments and highlight the categories that were great to me. 1. Staff: The staff was very accommodating did whatever he could to keep me comfortable like such as towels in the middle of the night. They also gave me this cute goodie bag for being a VIP guest. Safety: for a self check in hotel, this hotel is pretty much very safe to me. I didn’t find very many stragglers. Most are staying there self checking there tons of people who weren’t linger around the premises because there’s nobody at the stop overall, the safety is key is also a great area in San Francisco right outside the tenderloin so or at least a few blocks away. Overall, I gave my stay at 10 out of 10 and I will go back many many many times over and over again as long as it was consistent. And on a little sidenote, hands-down, it’s the best place I’ve ever taken a shower. I love the showers. They’re phenomenal.
