Property info

Casa Spanaway is newly remodeled home with a complete renovation completed December 23, 2023. All construction at Casa Spanaway was completed by licensed contractors and no corners were cut. You will enjoy a very nice, spacious bedroom, all new kitchen appliances in an extremely large open concept kitchen with all the modern amenities, and a brand new, clean bathroom with hand-laid tile, and a combination bathtub/shower enclosure. Every room in Casa Spanaway was built to the homeowner's specifications as a primary residence, not as some cheap "flip this house" job. It my look like any other house on the block from the outside, however, as soon as you walk through the door you will be greeted by tall pillars holding an archway across a 15 foot vaulted ceiling. The open concept foyer flows into the grand living room, which leads to the kitchen without any walls separating the areas to bring a sense of intimacy between people sharing the space. Someone can easily carry on a conversation from the kitchen with someone in the living room and vice versa. Welcome to Casa Spanaway and enjoy your stay!
