Peaceful and centrally located guest suite in Pheonix west valley with own private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen bed along with a loveseat that lets out into a small bed. The casita also has a full bath and kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, air fryer, Keurig and toaster oven. It has a smart tv as well as an area for dining or working. There is a toaster oven and fire extinguisher in the cabinet below the kitchenette. Please set the toaster oven on the counter when in use. There is silverware, a can opener, cork screw, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, a cutting board, a dishcloth and dish towel in the drawer in the kitchenette. A phone charger is in the drawer in the bedside table. The closet contains the iron, ironing board, extra linens, a rack for your clothing as well as a fan for your convenience. There is also a step ladder in the closet just in case you need to reach any higher objects on the shelving unit. There are cleaning products and extra soap, a first a kit, as well as other extra personal items that you may feel free to use under the sink cabinet Ps To turn on the shower, pull the gold latch down firmly under the faucet. Also, the light switch to the lights above the sink are behind the hanging towels.
The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We are in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Spring Training, Cardinal Stadium, PIR NASCAR, Wigwam Resort, and Westgate and Tanger outlets.
