This studio villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic, adorned with curated coastal furnishings. Relax in the spacious living area or whip up culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen replete with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities. And when the allure of the beach calls, a mere 4-minute walk will lead you to the white powdery sands of Delray. Note: Villa Emma is part of the same building structure as our three other villas. Villa Emma can also be rented with Villa Nicole, which sits adjacent and has a secure common area. Please reach out if this is of any interest to you. Location: * <2-minute walk to Atlantic Ave * <4-minute walk to our beaches Living Room, Kitchen, and Sleeping Space: * Murphy bed that pulls out a queen mattress * Sofa bed that pulls out a full size bed for two extra individuals * Living room includes chair and a 75" smart TV with a sound system * Kitchen is complete with kitchen wares and has brand new built-in designer appliances, with the exception of an oven. * Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in the kitchen * Built-in desk for a dedicated working space. Backyard (shared with other villas onsite): * Chaise lounge to soak up the sun * Outdoor table seating available Family/Kids Amenities: * All age board games * Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest. Additional Amenities: * Washer & Dryer available and shared with Unit B-1 * 2 beach chairs and beach towels * Fast wifi and parking lot with two available spots
