Observe nature’s beauty while taking a stroll around the ranch on the designated walking paths; you may even get to see some wildlife! Moving indoors, this cozy and comfortable split-level home will sleep up to four comfortably. The upstairs bedroom features a Queen size bed to provide a restful and relaxing night’s sleep; there is also an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. If you are planning on dining in during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to be able to prepare a meal, and there is also a propane grill outdoors to cook on. Once your meal is ready, gather around the table inside or take advantage of the picnic table on the back patio. After a day of exploring the wineries, shopping on Main Street, or hiking Enchanted Rock, come back to the house, grab your favorite beverage, kick back, and marvel at the sunset from the rockers on the wrap-around porch.Das Liebe Haus is ready to welcome you with charm and beauty! *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over USD500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to USD5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
