Amazing Location! Newly renovated one-story home in Downtown Durham! Within 1 mile experience a show at DPAC, game at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and restaurants! Brand new floors, granite countertops and fully stocked kitchen. Relax on the front porch or enjoy eating on the deck. Your pets will love the private fenced in backyard. Bedroom #1: King Size Bed w/TV Bedroom #2: Full Size Bed w/TV 1 Bathroom- tub/shower combo Living Room: Queen size sleeper sofa Washer and Dryer in laundry closet off the fully stocked kitchen There are a few steps up to the entrance, then the entire home is on one level. Private parking in the back can accommodate 2 cars. *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days, using their 7-Day Free Pass. They have multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
In our family we love quality time together. We enjoy it all; going on a picnics, eating pancakes on Saturday mornings with our daughters, traveling and much more. Location! Location! Location! Walk to all things downtown Durham. Stroll to amazing restaurants. Within a mile from the DPAC and the Durham Bulls Stadium. (See more details below.) Durham is coming back to life. When we moved here 15 years ago a major restoration was underway. Old tobacco warehouses were being remodeled into incredible restaurants, shopping centers and loft apartments. This neighborhood has that same charm. It's a beautiful blend of older homes with character and newly renovated. That's what we love. You will find wonderful neighbors of various ages and races.
