You are less than a 3-mile drive from Garvan Woodland Gardens, and less than 10 miles from Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and horse races. Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs Mountain Tower, Timberwood Amphitheater, and Mid-America Science Museum are also nearby. When you book this well-appointed retreat, you are granted access to Farr Shores' entertaining on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and a tennis court. Because this home is on a dead-end street, there is no boat traffic in the area. Spend entertaining evenings barbecuing on the large lakefront balcony and then enjoy your delicious grilled treats at the dining table with an impressive backdrop. Inside, this air-conditioned retreat enjoys a welcoming living room with a smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you all entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron, surprise your guests with your culinary skills, and prepare an exquisite homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This retreat also features a wet bar and a washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is closed seasonally during the winter. Though there is a boat launch ramp at the condo, Lake Hamilton is lowered during the winter and guests will not be able to launch boats until late March.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
