The farm is located on 11 acres alongside Lermond Pond and offers a forest trail hike, gardens w/ fresh organic food and herbs. Your newly constructed cottage is fenced-in with completely private hot tub, shared sauna, outdoor shower with on-demand hot water and high pressure, outdoor kitchen with electric range stove and kitchen sink, picnic table, and large outdoor patio. The water at the farm is tested well water and delightfully fresh and clean. Guests have access to private washer and dryer unit. The owner is an herbalist with full Farm Apothecary and available for consultation or product purchases. All running water comes to a sheltered outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. There is no running water inside the cabin itself. It is stocked with a water dispenser. The toilet is an indoor waterless composting toilet. This cabin is 3-season. That is, the water lines are shut down in the winter and it is heated with a wood stove.

This historic neighborhood bustles with activity as the community swimming hole across the street is popular spot to jump off the bridge or hang out... Why not go ahead and take dip? Or take a stroll down the road to enjoy the view of neighboring farms lined with rock walls and apple trees. The farm sits alongside a pond with kayaking or canoeing access point just minutes walking distance away. We are an easy 20-min. drive to Route 1, Camden, Rockland and Rockport. Only 1.5 hours from Acadia National Park.
