Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this custom-built home with incredible waterfront views of Bluewater Bay. Start your day with coffee on the large deck watching the sun slowly rising over the water. Situated directly on the coveted Rocky Bayou with a private dock; it is the perfect place to fish, toss a crab trap, swim, kayak, or hop in your boat and head over to Crab Island for a day of fun. This home offers stunning water views from the master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, loft, dining room, and kitchen. It will not disappoint! Inside this nautical-inspired home with an open layout, you will find that it is elegantly decorated and very comfortable. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 newly remodeled baths, a living room, den, loft, laundry room, dining room, and a professionally designed fully stocked kitchen. It comfortably sleeps 8. There are additional pilings for mooring sailboats and larger vessels. *Please note the boat lift is currently not for use* Niceville is a quieter area with less congestion and traffic, yet you have the convenience of being only 20 minutes away from Destin and a 15-minute boat ride to Crab Island. Parking for 4 vehicles or two and truck+trailer. * Please note this home is pet friendly with a 250.00 pet fee for approved pets. The pet fee is not included in the booking amount* This home is available for family bookings or groups of adults all over the age of 25.
I am local to the Destin area. I love to spend the day on a Kayak and fish. I chose this property because it is perfect for everyone who loves the water as much as I do. I do not use a large rental management company because I feel everyone should have a personalized experience for their vacation.
This is a quiet neighborhood right by the bay. It is convenient to Destin but also has everything you need nearby in Niceville. Walmart is a 5-7 minute drive from the home. Bait Shop is 4 minutes, Publix is 7 minutes, 3rd Planet Brewing is 5 minutes, Niceville Yacht Club is 6 minutes, Bluewater Bay Marina is 13 minutes, Oak Marina is 6 minutes. Popular attractions in Niceville are Turkey Creek Nature Trail, Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park, Mattie Kelly Arts Center Theatre, Artful Things Niceville, Lions Park, Eglin Golf Course, Bayou Brewing, Niceville Skate Parks, and shopping.
